Hi all,
Here’s the roundup of last week’s Notes for those who missed them.
Have a blessed week.

Normalise Self-Realisation
Truth is what is, reality is what’s happening. Delusion is believing we're responsible for any of it.
Prior to true abidance,
Even though you might experience no-mind regularly—
Perhaps even with increasing frequency—
Even so, the mind will seem to keep pulling you out
Because there's a loyalty to it,
An ingrained habit of fascination with phenomena
At the expense of your silent being.
.
But in time,
And with Grace,
The mind will remain in the heart,
Your primordial nature, the Self.
At which time,
Even if thinking does occur,
You remain at home,
Abiding in and as awareness itself.
In regard to the spiritual life, the opposite of 'active' isn't 'passive', it's 'contemplative', which is anything but passive. Both are pleasing to God in their own ways.
Put down your mind for a while; see what remains.
Faith and reason are no substitute for the direct experience of the ineffable.
Rest in the gap.
